Witness

2 Corinthians 5:17-6:1 (MSG-DI); John 1:40-46; Psalm 105:1-6 

 

1.  Witnessing is The Mission of the Church.

 

2.  We witness.

 

3.  We witness with our words.

 

4.  Some things to help our witness, especially with words:

a)     Remember: witnessing is telling someone about something you’ve seen, you’ve experienced, something that’s happened to you.

b)    It’s about seizing the moment.

c)     Don’t underestimate how important your witness is to the people around you—especially friends and family.

d)    Practice, practice, practice.

e)    Have an “Elevator speech”
