Pastor T.J. McCabe
Pastor T.J. McCabe began serving Countryside Community Church in July 2025, bringing a deep passion for creative worship, community-building, and helping people discover how God is already at work in their everyday lives. Pastor T.J. believes that church is not merely a place we gather, but a community we grow—side by side —in the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
Before coming to Countryside, Pastor T.J. served congregations throughout the Susquehanna Conference.   He is best known for his creative approach to preaching and teaching, often bringing Scripture to life through visuals, storytelling, and real-world connections.  He holds a Master’s of Divinity from Drew University, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Music from Lycoming College.
Pastor T.J. has a background in audio-visual technology, music, and digital ministry.  He produces the weekly “Side by Side in Community” (make this a hyperlink to our YouTube page with the side by side in community videos) devotional series and is passionate about using technology to expand the reach of the Gospel and the church.
He is married to Alyson, and together they are raising their wonderful children—J.P. (8), Becca (6), and Rhett (January 2026)—they keep life joyful, busy, and full of adventure. Pastor T.J. enjoys bowling, and finding the perfect soundtrack for life’s unique moments.
At the heart of Pastor T.J.’s ministry is a desire to help others notice God’s presence in the ordinary moments of life and realize that in Christ we are extraordinary.

Administrative Assistant
I am the Admin Assistant at Countryside Community Church. I wear many hats during my week
day hours with Countryside. My time here includes the work of treasurer as well. Most
importantly, I welcome all who reach out through our office. I assist the chairs of all our teams
in a variety of ways, and communicate with our church members and sometimes community
members, in person, on the telephone and through email. Some may say, I am the gatekeeper
of a lot of information and activity that flows through the office. I also do my best to assist our
Pastor with his many responsibilities and sometimes serve as a liaison for the church business
he needs to conduct. I am super blessed to be able to help all of the beautiful children of God
with all things office related, here at Countryside. In my own small way, I have been called by
our Father God to help us achieve our wonderful mission statement “to develop hearts for
God in this Spirit-filled community, and to spread God’s love and grace throughout the
world.” I love seeing each and every one of you who have come to our office! If you haven’t
already, please stop by and say hello.

Claudette Polidoro
Website Coordinator
As the Website Coordinator for Countryside Church, I help maintain and enhance our online presence to connect and reach more people in our beautiful community, I’m also a proud owner of a small photography company, where I have been blessed to capture the beauty of God’s work.  I'm excited to bring that same passion to our church's online presence.
What makes Countryside Church truly special is the warm welcome I received from the very start. When our family attended a Trunk or Treat event here, just after moving from New Jersey, I felt an instant sense of belonging, despite not knowing anyone or looking for a church. The kindness and hospitality from everyone made us feel at home in this new community.
Our church's mission statement, "to develop hearts for God in this Spirit-filled community, and to spread God's love and grace throughout the world," resonates deeply with me. I appreciate the sense of safety and community we've found here, and I'm grateful to be part of this amazing church family.
